Our shipping and handling policy lets you know
exactly how much your costs will be. Larger orders are charged a
smaller percentage, and orders $300 and above go for a low flat rate.
These rates apply to normal ground shipping methods in the continental 48
states. Rates for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and countries other than the
United States will be quoted by email after the order is placed.
A premium will be charged for expedited shipping methods. We ship from several manufacturing locations, and
that your order may arrive in more than one shipment and at different times.
When you order multiple items, you may receive part of your order before the
remaining items arrive.
Most shipments will be made using UPS ground. Large quantity orders may
be shipped by common carrier.

RETURN POLICY
Please email return requests to sales@abrasiveproducts.net for a Return Goods Authorization. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by an authorization, and be sure to write your RGA number on the shipping label. Please provide you telephone number in the email in case we need to contact you.
All returns must be in good condition in their original packaging and shipped back 580 Race St, Coldwater, MI 49036.
Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Materials must be returned within 30 days from date of shipment.
Special manufactured
products may not be returned.
